This definitely has got to be the longest blog break ever. And I even thought I might not even blog again. There are many times that I tempted to blog. Serious, I did. I logged in and starred at the blank space, wondering where and what should I even start.
It has been about two months. There are a lot of happenings and changes that goes on in my life. It has been a roller-coaster ride for me - emotionally.
Changes are the only constant. I can’t agree more. Some people thrive on changes. For me, maybe positive changes. The not-so-good ones...ah-uh!
For now, I am no longer a full time stay home Mom and mommy blogger. That probably explains the inactive posting over the past months. My initial temporary working stint at my ex-company late September had turned into a permanent arrangement recently. It’s a bitter-sweet feeling. Initially, I enjoyed returning back to work. For a long time, I had a good reason to dress up, have decent adult conversations that doesn’t just revolve around kids and what I do as a SAHM. Okay, maybe most of my conversations still revolve a lot about kids as I am working in a preschool environment and being a Mom made conversations flow easier and made me understand my customer’s needs much better as well. Of course, I do feel a tinge of envy whenever I see a SAHM and her baby dropping by. I am afraid how she will turn out without Mommy as her main care-giver. But on the bright side, at least I know she is in good hands with my Mom and I am thankful that Allysa now has her favourite Xiao Yi (youngest auntie) as her play companion now.
Well....That’s life.

Any ways, so since I am not going to spend 24/7 at home with my baby which naturally means lesser adventures and chronicles of Allysa, lesser or no product reviews (seriously, the last thing I need is a deadline for my blog post!) and probably no giveaways (unless self-sponsored like I have any left-overs-that-are-hitting-their-expiry-date-soon to rid off or maybe when my FB page reaches 100 LIKES or something like this...)
So this blog is probably going to just be pretty much a random personal blog for myself where I will continue to write what touches my heart or bugs me. But hey, if you have been a vivid follower and loves what I wrote and my occasional honesty and heart-felt posts, do hang on a little more. I promise you will still get your occasional updates on Allysa.
